One Year Down, Still Learning, Still Laughing — The BlueGuard Journey So Far

You know that moment when you say, “Surely this won’t be that hard”?That was us.A couple of former coppers with a ute, a breatho, and a shared goal: keeping people safe at work without boring the life out of them.

Twelve months later and… we haven’t burned the place down.

✅ We’ve helped businesses across the Southwest

✅ We’ve built real relationships with genuine people

✅ And we’ve survived more pre-dawn site visits than we care to count (one of us now drinks coffee like it’s a food group)

It’s been a wild first lap around the sun for BlueGuard Integrity, and now — with a new financial year ahead — it feels like the right time to reflect, regroup, and re-plan. Without turning into one of those corporate types who uses the word “synergy.”

Where Are We Heading?

Great question.Because in typical “we’ve got a whiteboard and a million ideas” fashion, here’s what’s cooking in the BlueGuard shed:

🚐 Mobile Testing Coming Soon

Yep, we’re getting mobile. Testing, that is.More flexibility, quicker response times, and fewer reasons for anyone to avoid their appointment (“Sorry, I missed it because I was welding” won’t cut it anymore). We’re bringing the kit to you — minus the white coats.

💼 WHS Advisory & Support

You’ve asked. We’ve listened.We’re branching further into WHS support, advisory, and system reviews. No one-size-fits-all safety waffle here — just practical, smart, site-based solutions that don’t put people to sleep. We’ll even help you ditch the clunky paperwork and make it actually usable.

🧠 Mental Health at Work

This one’s close to our hearts.We’ve seen what happens when it’s ignored — and we’ve lived it too.This year we’re finding ways to give back, support mental health in the workplace, and keep the conversation real, not just reactive.

That’s why Rob is entering Ironman 70.3 Sunshine Coast — in support of Lifeline (and yes, also to cope with the classic mid-life crisis). Is it a cry for help? Possibly. But it’s also a way to push for something bigger than ourselves.🚴‍♂️🏊‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Donate if you can, laugh if you must — either way, it's all heart.
