As the Joint Founding Director of BlueGuard Integrity WHS Services, Robert has been instrumental in its establishment, providing critical WHS support and advice. He is committed to ensuring every worker returns home safely each day. With over 8 years of policing experience and a strong foundation in WHS, Robert supports a broad range of industries, including local government, construction, civil, agriculture, and security.

Robert holds a Diploma in Work Health & Safety, a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, and a Certificate IV in Security Management, equipping him to handle diverse safety challenges. His experience includes major projects such as solar farms, wind farms, and large-scale shutdowns across Pilbara and Great Southern.
